Warming up the body's muscles is important in every Muay Thai class so you don't get injured. Before every Muay Thai class, we do some static and dynamic warm-up exercises like stretching, skipping and shadow boxing to rev up your body for the Muay Thai class!
Having a good fitness is an important part of every Muay Thai fighter's arsenal. That's why we put a strong emphasis on doing workouts like Tabata exercises, resistance training, weights training and circuit training to build up your fitness during every Muay Thai class!
During our Muay Thai class, you will get opportunities to practice what you have seen and learnt through padwork/bagwork drills so our Muay Thai instructors can rectify your mistakes, while you get a chance to run through your Muay Thai combos.
Sparring with a live opponent is very important for every Muay Thai practitioner so he/she knows what works and what doesn't. During our Muay Thai classes, you will get a chance to do live sparring or light sparring to practice and refine your Muay Thai techniques.
